door window mechanism

The door window mechanism (electric) failed recently on my car. Motor was still operating.
I removed door card to have a look.
The motor operates, and the semi circular cogged wheel moves, but the rest of the mechanism doesnt. Nothing looks bent or twisted.

Wondering can it possibly be fixed?
How do i go about removing the mechanism assembly?

which door has the problem? I know the rears are pop-rivetted on not sure about the fronts as I never had to remove the mechanism on my fronts, the rears I removed the manual mechanism for electric ones and they needed to be rivetted on... so if you don't see any screws it means drilling the rivet heads off, than you'll need a rivet gun and the right size rivets to attach the new mechanism in place.
