    Default Drive shaft fitting help

So this morning i fitted a pair of vxr shafts to my 1.9cdti signum with f40 box on fitting them i noticed the end of the splines on the shaft don't sit flush to the end of the hub is this normal and the end 36mm nut doesn't have a collar or a washer like the original did just gauging if anyone has done this and added a washer to the end of the driveshaft. thanks

The only real difference I’ve seen for the shafts is the thickness in between the joints. Is it pushed in far enough. Got a few in garage splines length match.

32mm what? Height, outer diameter? I did ask for clarification but still no pictures so can’t comment.

The socket size is completely irrelevant to whatever this issue is as the dimensions of the nut are not related to the socket size. This is the 3rd time I’ve asked for pictures in order to try and make sense of the issue.

as they all use the same abs unit(vxr and full can vectra c)don’t see why the nut is different size unless someone already changed it.
Can’t see any difference between expect half can and full can. M22/M24

We will never know until we see the job, it’s just going round in circles making us think when we can’t even see it I’m afraid

32mm is the original nut but on the JR shafts it is a 36mm nut. The socket size doesnt matter
