could be that the sparkplug is gone on that one cylinder... or that the coilpack is failing on that cylinder, or simply that the PCV valve that is build-in the cam-cover is non functional....
also if it its a non functional PCV-valve you might have stem seals that are blown out of their seats... longstory short the excess pressure will find a way to escape, drive long enough with it and it'll do more harm. the way to find out if the stem seals are blown out is to do a compression test.

yes! Wait, I already said that as well.
And if there’s low pressure on 4. Pull all the plugs, drop a half teaspoon of decent oil in there and leave overnight (ideally 24hrs to let it pass the piston rings) and it might improve compression.

Compression test done. All cylinders at 124 psi

It is sounding slightly better, until I push accelerator. It's idling for a couple of seconds, then revs slowly moving up then coming back down and then idling again for a few seconds, does the same thing again and then starts to misfire and die. It is running really rich. Going to try putting some oil in there overnight and see if it improves anymore

Get the oem Siemens MAF... or borrow a good working one from someone with the same engine to see if it makes a difference... and if you find someone try his coilpack and just replace the sparkplug with new ones.
