Default Z30DT ECU remapping help needed in South Africa!

    I have a 2006 Vectra-C Estate 3.0l Z30DT which I (stupidly!) imported to my home.

After finding and repairing a number of problems over the years I finally removed the DPF inards.

I now get the following errors:
P1112-62 not present Swirl Flap Stuck Open (Bank 2)
P1901-12 not present Particulate filter pressure sensor: Hose line malfunction
B3901-00 not present Wrong environment Identifier Received

Also there is white smoke in the exhaust now.

I blanked off my EGR and bypassed the EGR intake cooling. [This did not help as there is still smoking. So I think its a blown cylinder head gasket, but that is not why I am writing this!]

I sent my (Isuzu/Denso marked) ECU to a local company to take care of the EGR blanking and DPF removal. I should probably also bypass the swirl valve error (if that's possible. The warning light goes off if I restart the engine after a minute or so [i.e. once it's warm].) They however cannot help me with it because none of their tools have the 275800-3922 protocol, and they don't have a diagram of the pins.

Does anyone have any advice about how to solve this problem barring sending the ECU to UK (which is pretty expensive). For example, can one use another protocol to at least read (and later re-write) the program and then send it to someone to edit??

Who do you recommend to remap a Denso ECU?

    Any help is highly appreciated.

You can buy kess or other ecu readers/writers so you read ecu save file send off then rewrite back into ecu.
