It doesn’t matter how many times you get your vehicle tracking done if you start with worn tyres as when you put fresh new tyres the settings are going to be out there so a pull to the right in this case. Or the other way round new tyres tracking then worn tyres, if they are worn can come out with wrong settings as level of wear is out compared to when new tyres and tracking set to them.

You are forgetting that they didn't touch the rear as the lot is seized...

Understandable,
I was just wondering why on 18" wheels the car was pulling to the right even on different set of tyres, and not the other way round.
Was it due to bad alignment? Bad tyres? Or just a coincidence!
It turns out probably the first two options!

its a combo of the following: worn bush on front (you sorted that), bad tires, widened track at the back without correction as the rear is seized in place...
until you sort out the back the car will still have a slight tendency of pulling to one side... get it sorted instead of thinking its to expensive to get the parts... as the parts aren't expensive its the amount of work to get the seized lot off that raises the bill ... and if i was in your shoes i would get the lot with new bolts and replace them all or have them replaced, afterwards they can realign the car properly.

Well in that case... maybe... the guy at theplace where I maintain the car was a bit "lazy" to do the job, hence he said "leave it as is for now because it's expensive", here in Kosova the labor cost is not expensive, so probably they thought it's not worth the time and effort to do the job.
The next oil change is not many miles away, so I'll ask them to sort the rear suspension too.
