Hi
Thinking of upgrading wheels from 17 to 20.
1. Wonder how/where to get speedo adjusted.
2. Would insurance go high? Do they need to be told?
Cheers

depends on the software you are using and the one that most people have we can't discuss... so you'll have to look on Youtube to find how to sort that out with that software..
And yes they are aftermarket wheels, yu'll have to tel your insurer and the only 20 inch wheels that were an option are the Irmsher EVO star wheels in 20 inch... they are rare and hard to find but will fit straight on and because they were an OEM option they can be put on withot the insurer hiking the price up... that said... if you get any other aftermarket wheel that has the right PCD in 20 inch chances are they''ll just leave the price the same... unless those wheels are that expensive they are worth more than the car because you bought them new... that means the price will go up.
PS any pcd adaptor or spacer will have to be declared as that is a modification. same if you use wobble bolts by the way.
Can’t remember been awhile think ecu / cim / tpms when programming in.
You can change it with opcom to a certain extent and yes you need to tell the insurance about anything the car wasn't built with
