Default Is this clutch OK to keep using?

I've pulled my clutch today, fitted in March, and do have a replacement to fit with the new flywheel but I'd really rather not and just get my money back, so I'm not impartial enough to make the right decision.
Can I put this back on or use the new one, front and back pictures?

To my eye it looks fine to use again, I did the same with my old DTI, clutch was only half worn when I did the DMF
However, please be aware, that you are asking online and people, including myself, are only looking at pictures and this in no way is a professional piece of advice, given from any member who replies. All views are the individuals

I agree with @CLUB04 from those pics you put up it seems fine but since it's a friction plate I would base my decision on how much of it has been used compared to the new one (thickness)

I also noticed a mark on the pressure plates surface, just make sure it is completely smooth... if it's not....
I would use the new clutch and pressure plate.
