    Default useless headlights

this is my 4th VX and i love it. I got a 2006 design model. I've always liked how powerful the headlights have been........until now. The main beam could light the dark side of the moon and i think i actually said 'WOW' out loud when i tried it for the first time. However, the dipped beam is sh*t. i almost had to hang out of the window with a torch to see where i was going. What is going on? anyone got an idea how to fix this? I need to set the beam a bit higher. I had a look, but there are loads of little knobs to turn and i'm not sure what ones to touch.

My design came with a labrador and white stick for night use , check the cubby on the right of the boot , yoursa might be in there , i fitted HID and it made a massive improvement , got flickering ballasts at the mo , just got to get the kit sent back to get replacements

Unfortunately it's how they are - bad design of the dipped beam. To set the beam higher you'll see a white hex screw behind the headlights near the slam panel - adjust that to raise the lights. Just don't go too high that it dazzles, and don't forget to put it back down for an MOT (although being an 06 that won't be for some time yet! )

I think there are somewhere on the site. Obviously I haven't got a facelift but I'm positive they have this adjuster screw as well - otherwise how would the beam be adjusted. I think I know where there are some pics.....
