    I have an estate I checked each fuse voltage each side with multimeter. While cranking the car. I got 5v reference across pins no 12 v was shown. Is this normal? I am on the Internet checking as we speak.

    Here is an update on no starting issue. I checked every fuse and every relay in the three fuse boxes in the car. I check all the grounds on the engine from the battery to car because it is brand new. I then went online to find references voltages across the pins, I couldn't not find any I don't have Autodata. So with the fuel pump located under the rear seats, I unclipped the connector with engine cranking I got about 10 v + across the two wires on the left and 5v reference on the right which I think is for ecu. The wiring is good. On to the pump, I gave it 12v with two bits of wire and jumppack, nothing dead! I took it out tested it nothing, gave it a tap it burst in to life. I just ordered new one for peace of mind. The car is now fixed.
