Ok so I need to read the codes that are stored on the pcm but my scanner won’t read em. I’ve tried the peddle trick a few times now and every time all I get when I switch the ignition on is the engine mil light flashing does anyone know what that means? Its really frustrating!

If correct it’s flashing you the no.s. if it works on veccy never tried.

Flashing MIL light is indicating there is an immobiliser fault. Basically the car isn't recognising the key.

I'm guessing your trying to read the codes because your car won't start?
