Hmm there are no visible soot around it, and can't hear any awful noise so maybe problem is somewhere else. Bolts seems to be very rusty so I bet it will be though to unscrew them, one bolt is accessible quite easy but another one is not, maybe you can give short guide how you done it? Would be great to do it without removed radiator.
As northpole said log seems to be alright, but probably not all the time such log can be reliable? Cause now I'm not sure if I should visit turbo service for inspection, or maybe take injectors for inspection
Also one more idea, could vacuum pump cause such problems? But probably it would also cause much more problems than low power. I have one problem - sometimes (not always) when I breaking, my rpm drops below 800 and car starts shaking, but when I fully stop it comes back to normal. And one more interesting thing, if car is full of passengers, it seems that it wants to stall at lower rpm, I'm thinking about flywheel or maybe clutch, but clutch don't slip, and I can't hear any common sound of failing flywheel.

No, i just took them off using tools to get in there.
Injectors look good from those deviations.
When did you last change the fuel filter?
Also, you've swapped lots of parts but you don't say what make you swapped them too.
Log wise, on here you need someone like @Teapot to read it he knows how to tune them very well. But he's just had a kid so very bust currently. Theres a tuner called Tom Prock i think, find him and send him the file to read.

Not the vacuumpump but a leak on the brake booster could do this it works of vacuum... so I would deffo check for that, the way you describe the braking and the car loosing rpm, points to that....
I think doggie missed that bit

Nope, the brake servo has a take off on the vac pump. Check all for leaks none the less to ensure there's the vacuum to act on the VNT correctly. Saying that, if there was an issue you'd notice how bad the brakes were.

Not always seen this on several German cars also brakebooster = brakeservo (English GB vs English US)
And with me saying it works of vacuum = check the vscuunpipes for leaks including the one going to the brakebooster/ servo /pump whatever you want to call it.
Next time I shall word my reply so you understand what I am pointing out.

This was mine, the vacuum supply is via the pump only for both the VNT and brake servo. So cannot affect the engine wanting to stall due to excess air being drawn in at low engine speed using air being drawn in to run as the turbo will not be producing boost. Something odd is going off for those things to happen as described, that's why Ive asked about the fuel filter as its not been touched by the looks of things. Mine almost got set alight over an issue of loosing power and it ended up being the fuel filter despite being within service intervals.

@Dog_Book :
Where did I state that the vacuumpump is not supplying the vacuum or that is not ran of the engine?
Where did I state that the vacuum isn't controlled by solenoids for the turbo, swirlflaps and egr? Where did I state that the brake servo is controlled separately?
So your whole reply is to make me look stupid, yet you are the one that actually can't interpret what I wrote.
If you need me to chew your food for you too let me know, you got my WhatsApp.
@Tom73: sorry for the above apparently the person above has a problem with how I write stuff down...
But he did help out a little by pointing out that the vacuumpump is run of the engine(something i didn't need pointing out by the way) this means that if there is a split in the pipe that supplies the vacuum for the brakeservo it might show up by a dip in the rpm range.
And that is the reason why I said check the vacuum, to than say in my next post I meant check the vacuumpipes including the one that feeds the brake servo (aka brake booster)

Trouble is, theres only us 2 looking and trying things out.
Anyway, it seems you don't like the corn bread either with your mood

Be glad I didn't just write: check vacuump to brake booster.

I checked vacuum to brake booster, not sure if you are talking about this line?

Everything seems alright, but maybe that valve which I circled red, maybe it can cause problems? Cause it seems haven't been changed since factory
Also about blanking exhaust manifold, first bolt seems to be accessible easy, but second one....
