Service parts prices

My 17 reg Insignia,1.6 diesel Grand sport auto is due an oil & filter change. Just rang my local vaux dealer for some parts prices. Oil filter @ £48:46 , Fuel filter @ £64:45, dexos 2 5 litres @ £21:60.
Engine oil price is quite reasonable, but the filters?!!!!!.
Is there something special about the oil & fuel filter that makes them so expensive?

Only had this car a few months & i decided from the outset i would use only dealer parts......but at these prices?!!!!!!

So you want to buy service parts from dealer but you to replace the? If yes - buy only oil from them. Other parts can be sourced on good price from autovaux, ebay (few dealer sell them) or autodoc. I do this with my 67 plate. About prices for filters is correct them prices is I needed to buy air and cabin filters in March (both £71) think be invoice. Check price for cabin filter as well and air. Other ones is reasonable cheap. Just filtering what you need to buy.
