Strange bulb warning issue

Driving along today i had a bulb warning for my front fog light appear on my head unit as well as the yellow bulb on the dash. I didnt mind as i have never had to replace a fog bulb since ive had the car but about 5 seconds later i had warning for reverse light and then front turn signal and then brake light which worried me.

The yellow bulb on the dash went out and i cleared the warning on the head unit and it never came back whilst i was driving. Later on that evening i was sat parked up in the car whilst the MRS was was shopping and had the ignition on but the engine was off and it did it again, it cycled through all the bulbs saying they had blown

Has anybody had this issue or heard of it before?

I could understand if it error was from the same light cluster but it was pretty much every single bulb

Ahh that makes sense. ill check them over tomorrow. At a guess id imagine its somewhere in the rear as i have a leak from the aerial base which had made things damp in the boot
