How to handle flea bay none delivery

Had a few mishaps of items not being delivered yet yooodel’s magical tracking says it’s been delivered through my letter box, at a certain time, the only problem with that me the old moo and hound were out the front moo in joying the sunshine well cows do don’t they…. I’m in garage 2’ away from door nothing arrived apart from notification it’s been delivered. As yooodel’s says it’s delivered, seller and flea bay say sorry you loose your case it’s been delivered.

and you should hopefully win your case, just don’t use it when you do receive item and claim other wise

I had the same happen to me driver decided he would take half a day off... marked all his packages as delivered but this was hermes, contacted seller that I am sitting waiting for it and it never arrived(i actually reported it the 2 minutes after the time he put up he delivered the lot)Got it the next day. Told the driver he was a cun* for pulling that fast one, and that i would report it, and ever since all my hermes packages get delivered in time (most times earlier than stated)
