Default AC or radiator fans not working

    Hi!
I have Insignia 2009 A20TDH and noticed about week ago that AC is not working anymore.

-Outdoor and coolant temp sensors are ok.
-In this model the compressor doesn't have magnetic switch.
-There are two radiator fans. I remember one of them should start every time AC is on? Now none of them are working even after long drive. (engine temp 80-90 °C)
-Fuses next to battery are ok.
    -No error codes.
    Any ideas?

Three days ago and before that 4 years ago. There was 400g of 600g left. No visible leaks found with UV light. Now it should be full.

    Readings from OpCom:
    A/C High side pressure sensor: 1.02V / 706 kPa
    A/C off for WOT: NO
A/C disabled -A/C pressure out of range: NO
A/C disabled - Engine coolant temperature too high: inactive
ECT (Engine coolant) sensor: 2.31V /56°C
IAT (intake air) sensor 1: 23°C
    IAT sensor 2: 30°C
Cooling fan relay command 1: off
Cooling fan relay command 2: off
Cooling fan relay command 3: off

No A20TDH on tis 2009 and the diagrams aren’t as good as for older vehicles in fact bloo dy confusing compared to some I’ve looked at. But you got control module and about three relays that could be at fault.

if you want to pm vin that could narrow it down.

I disconnected the coolant temp sensor and both fans started to spin at full speed. After stopping the engine fans stayed on at lower speed. -> fans and their relays are probably ok.
