    Hi Lukis,
After all you have looked for I would take a look into the air filter, battery and check the starter motor.

the fact that it will jump start suggests the battery is the problem or the alternator being weak and is on it's way out...
ps your DTI has glow-plugs not spark-plugs...

But the deal is it cranks perfectly, it almost tries to start but it fails. Battery is charged checked it.

if it doesn't fire up than it doesn't crank fast enough. Diesel engines are self-combusting they don't use the glow-plugs if it is warm enough... unlike a petrol engine that needs a spark to ignite the fuel... the glow-plugs are only used to help heat the combustion chamber up so it ignites the fuel quicker....

so if you can start it with jump leads of another car... than it's a power problem. If you can only get it to start with a tow start... well than it's probably air that is in the fuel system that needs to be removed, as the fuel pump can't compress the air so in the end it stops the flow of fuel. Have some one turn the switch while you crack each fuel line open to purge the air out of the lines ( make sure you cover them in a big cloth as it will spray everywhere) ... this usually is enough to get the pump to be able to restore the fuel flowing again.

If the car still doesn't start... their can be only on thing left... timing is off, and with the dti's being chain driven it is a costly affair... and with the prices for the parts most people tend to scrap the car and buy another vectra with a CDTI engine ( these are self bleeding on the fuel- system)

Okay tried these but still does not work changed injector seals and rubber tubes, added a valve so that fuel wouldn't go back to the fuel tank, and it still does not start.

Have you tried to jump start it again after doing the things you have done .If it does i would check that the battery is up to the job or alternator charging correctly.
