actually if it's for the zafira than the answer is no the zafira A and B are completely different cars completely remodelled... between the B and the C it's a facelift... than the newest model is a complete redesign so stuff doesn't fit between that one and the C...

Facelift doorcards will fit without a problem the only difference between them is the obvious front (bumper wings headlights foglights grills) and the rear bumper the rest is all the same... and from what I have read the rear doors are the same as the ones from an estate ( yes both the pre-facelift and facelift)
