    Default Z19DTH New intake manifold?

    Hi all,
Recently I've been having issues with power loss bellow 2750 rpm and then the cars pulls away.
At first I though it could be the EGR, so i bought gaskets to remove it and give it a clean.
Before cleaning the EGR I changed the vacuum pipes. It didn't solve the issue but the pipes are newer now
I thought the intake manyfold was fine because it didn't have any errors, i was going to remove the EGR when i listened a cliking noise near the glow plugs (like metal agains metal). Llooked to the swirl valves and saw that the bar was lying there. Completly useless (picture, can't upload now i'll try from phone)
I started the car and recorded a video of the 3rd cylinder swirl cap moving https://file.io/probmlqYXD6P

So now, the car is drivable but if i want to solve the powerloss issue I think that a new manifold would be necessary. What are your thoughts?
    Thanks in advance

I purchased a swirl flap rod from a certain on-line bidding site over a year ago and to my surprise it has not fallen off, this was the third attempt in a year to fix the problem, the first was to buy the brass turrets, then a rod, then a second rod. Unfortunately they are no longer trading.

It is a mine field finding a repair, most people would say to buy the blanking kit, but that would involve taking the inlet manifold off.

    Thanks Mike
I'll try to find the blanking kit, but if it's not possible I'll go for a new inlet manifold.
Another question, is a new swirl motor necessary?
