Android causing a continuous tone from dashboard

I've just put in a android stereo from a zafira b with steering control but when I connect it up it causes a continuous tone from behind dash somewhere when I take off steering controls and just plug stereo in I get no noise stereo all works fine help

either place the steeringwheel control box out off the way, or get a groundloop isolator connected to the ground cable of it, alternatively contact the manufacturer and ask if they offer a solution for the problem.
