Thought i would post a few pics of my younger brothers 550BHP 6.6 Litre 1969 Dodge Dart GTS

This is the car when he bought it a couple of years ago

He then restored it back to its original colour

A couple of pics from York i think or Santa Pod

And heres a pic of his mates car and his in a feature in American Car World Mag

Greatest era of the automobile, take 15 firms all trying to outstyle and outpower each other, let the designers imagination run wild and you have the 65-73 eight years no holds barred era.

I nearly bought about 4 yanks some twenty yrs ago, always wanted a 69 Mustang fastback, an El Camino pick up, this was a saloon car type truck really neat to look at with a bed and a half, 67 Mercury Cougar, and a 71 Trans AM before they put the sloping fronts on em, I almost had the Trans, was offered an AMC Javelin and a 73 Cougar, which by then had become a Caddy clone and not at all nice to look at.
