congrats, don't worry about the mileage, it's a petrol v6 it should sail through (engine and mechanical wise) with at least 3x that amount of miles if you take care of it... small things like the CAT can get blocked and need to be replaced or rust on some bits can put a stop to it but engine wise and mechanical wise they should soldier on for quite some time... (and that is with you keeping the maintenace up)... and yes suspension biushes will need to be replaced as will the shocks at some point but that is normal.
