Brake line re-route

Hello all, I have been quite absent from this site and I do apologize.

I just wanted a confirmation, ideally from an MOT tester or mechanic but if not... I've had a brake pipe burst on the back of my 1.8 Sri, right by the fuel filter, the line feeds the nearside rear brake, but it goes up and behind the fuel tank, would it be acceptable, or would it pass MOT if I take the original out and re-route along the front of the rear subframe instead? Much easier than going round the tank. I will be securing it with all the original mounting clips and new clips on the subframe. I really don't fancy having to take the fuel tank off to replace one pipe.

That's the criteria for brake pipes. As long as it's all nicely routed and secure, it should be fine
