I changed my diet in July, mainly due to a blood test showing I had high cholesterol. Cut out white bread, take wraps to work with chicken, ham, cucumber, tomatoes etc, which actually are quite tasty. Rest of my diet mainly consists of boiled chicken (which I simmer in the gravy) and steamed vegetables or pasta with mackerel or tuna which is also amazingly tasty, in fact I didn't know I knew mackerel before lol. Added advantage is that oily fish is good for you as well and I've lost over a stone and a half so far. Might not sound a lot, but given the fact that I still drink decent amounts of lager and don't exercise much I don't think its too bad.
Despite the cost of living it still seems popular!

Been drinking Budweiser Select 55 for a while now. 55 calories, 1.9 g carbs and it works pretty well on my diet unlike other options. I highly recommend it to you. Sorry for a bit of a late reply but I wanna help if I can.
