Stiff rear suspension

Anyone know why my rear suspension has gone harsh its feeling every bump like the rear is solid shocks are okay any thoughts

evening all with regard to my question back in october about stiff rear suspension purely by chance i noticed that the lowertrack control arms inserts were cracking so decided to change,
anyone one who is going to change them make sure you have new cam bolts and washers with nuts,you will find that the nuts will more than likely snap off you will then find that the bolts are seized
inside the inserts which will need cutting at either end inside the mount i've just done mine and i used a reciprocating saw to cut through the bolts and dont forget to mark old cam washers so you can line
up the new ones in the right place for rear wheel alignment and plenty of grease hope this helps johngringo
