Where can i find egr valve

Hello
Can anyone tell me where i can find the egr valve on 2003 vectra c is it built on to the throttle body??
Also the air flow metre?
Because i got the diagnostics done on the car it came up with egr flow faulty or something like that.
Any help will do.

Which engine do you have, it will be slightly diferent on each.

Yes i have a 1.6 petrol 2003 vectra it was registered in 2003
