Default BCP Gatwick and parking the Veccy

Got to leave the motor @ Gatwick and was gonna use BCP.

They have told me that I need to leave the key with them esp. after watching watch dog. Anyone have experience with them.

I will take a pic of the mileage etc. but not happy about this. Apparently they park the car for you, hopefully they won't door dent it, remove sat nav disc etc.

    cheers

I left the car at a secure car park at Gatwick about 2 month's ago and had to leave a key. I was a little unsure but these guy's gave a very good service and some of the other cars left there are way above the vec's.

Just take everything out and make a note of the mileage. They will go around the car before you leave it with them and note any marks on it. On return you check before you leave the car park.

    Best of luck

P.S Book online and you will save some £££

Why not look at alternatives, like parking a few miles away then getting the train to Gatwick Airport

I do this when using Heathrow Airport

Can I suggest the official BAA parking http://secure.baa.com/baa/baabook.as...lgw&src=WLGW07

I've worked at Gatwick for years and have not had a single problem.

Check out hotel deals for 7, 15 and 21 days free parking and one night room. I have just paid £90 for a family room at heathrow airport with 16 days parking included for the end of june. Car hire and local parking were alot higher and now we can get to the airport without rushing which keeps the kids happy.

I use the ordinary BCP parking (long term) at gatwick north about twice a month - good bus service and never a problem. If flying continental then I use the similar service at south terminal, once again without a problem. Can't see the point of using anything else. Cheaper if pre booked.

For Heathrow I usually fly BA so pre book the terminal 4 park and fly - longer term you can get a really good deal pre booked; never just turn up and pay, it can be very expensive. Landed here 11pm last night and waited all of 2 minutes for the bus and was in the car 5 minutes later
