Default Problem with my cooled seats, they wont cool anymore..

Hi guys, I'm new here and have a very nice vectra c gts from 2008.
Just bought it last friday and my seats have the option to heat but also to cool, it's the one with the fans underneath.

When i drove home from picking up my car i enabled the cooling and my seat became very cold, it was working all fine. but then 2 days ago i decided to use the feature again but all of a sudden the seats wont cool anymore. i hear the fans blowing but it doesn't cools down my seat.

I've been able to check with opcom that with the auto climate setting there is no air going to the floor compartments...(weird? idunno, maybe it's just becuase the car thought with auto setting that in that moment it didn't need the floor vents) if i manually select the floor the air seems less cold in comparison with the air coming from the dashboard.

The weird thing is that on the way home when it worked the clima was also at auto setting.
In between these days the battery had been disconnected, but i dont see how that can screw up my ventilated seats..

Is there anyone that can help me? maybe it's something with the airconditioning system or something with the seats..

I do have trouble feeling rpm change with the fans blowing up when i switch frow low cooling to high cooling. Idunno if that's normal or if you do need to feel a lot of change and maybe my fans are just broken...

Any help would be much appriciated!

Thanks for your response! i've checked and there are no fault codes, also i've noticed in opcom that the floor flap position is at 0% when the climate is on auto setting..

Tho when i set it manualliy it does open for 100%

Than maybe it doesn't work in auto setting... I don't have cooled (nor heated) seats so i can't go out and check but if the system doesn't flag up a stuck flap or anything like that than probably it is designed to not work when auto climate control is activated...

Well the other day it was also at auto and my seat got very cold, also i've spoken to someone else where it also just works fine on auto setting..

So something is wrong, but i just cant find out where the issue is..

i suggest you read the manual,if you don't have it there is a digital version available for download on the manufacturers website.. and i think there is one on the forum also, in the appropriate section you might need to reset it... as sometimes when you remove the battery certain things can loose their settings.. Like windows don't know what position fully closed is or fully open is... and if that's the same for it, than the manual will have a reset combo in it.
