Default Alternator belt sizes - help needed

Wondering if anybody could be kind enough to help me out with an issue i can't seem to find any information about.

I have just recently changed my alternator, belt and pulleys on a 57 plate 1.9cdti vectra 150, however the belt does not seem to be tight enough so is struggling to power the alternator properly.

I have had the tensioner set both ways while putting back together and have settled with the tightest fit out of the two ways it can possibly go, which is sideways. This is not the way it was originally set up as it was downwards, however it is the only way it was tight enough to actually be used. The original way was far too loose and would not possibly work.

I also have the dreaded squeaking at low revs.

I now believe they must of changed the belt size on the 1.9cdti 150 from 57 plate onwards? Does anybody know if this is the case? As i believe there to be around 10-20mm difference (this is an estimation)

I no longer have the original belt to compare.

I think i have fitted the belt from the earlier model vectras and this is why i am having issues, however i can't seem to find the correct belt size for mine as the only belt any suppliers seem to provide for is the belt size is the one for the earlier models (which i believe i have).

I can't seem to source the correct belt anywhere as the only part number for this comes up with the earlier belt and not the later/modified version of the belt.

Could anybody clear this up for me please?

Appreciate the time reading this, thanks

AFAIK all Z19DTH with AC use same belt 1410mm (6PK1410), the tensioner changed in 07 but belt is same.
    1050mm without AC

Didn’t they shorten the belt and remove a pully so belt was slightly shorter for the ones with pully removed?

Just checked the EPC and see 2 part number listed.
    93181196 1410mm WIN -71111927
93192015 lenght not given WIN 71111928-
If you search aftermarked on both part numbers both varies in length from 1410 to 1415

I did have a pulley missing at the bottom but i was under the impression it fell off as the belt just came off one day as i was driving.

I fitted a pulley where one was missing but now i am unsure if i should of fitted it now.

Yes i believe mine comes with A.C also

So you had 5 pulleys and you thought one was missing, so you fitted one? Found this and I think you need to remove the pulley you put on and go and get correct belt..

Yes that is correct. I believe you are right.

Do you know which belt is the right one?

Also could my tensioner now be the wrong one if they changed that also?
