Powerflex ARB bushes

Can anyone help? Looking at replacing my front and rear ARB bushes on my VXR with some of these. Does anyone know if the VXR needs the one or two piece bushes, can’t get under the car at the moment to have a look?

Could be either on the front and it looks like a right barsteward to change them. Rears are fairly easy though.

it depends how stiff you want the lot... the double design is a bit softer more oem feel to it... the one piece design is motorsport derived so a lot stiffer and will carry vibrations into the cabin. so it is up to what you want really, i would go for the double design as they have a bit more flex and therefor are better in reducing the amount of vibrations getting into the cabin yet last longer than the oem bushes.

fitted the purple ones on mine fronts first the a year later the rears did not notice any difference apart from stopping the knocking noise on bumpy roads
