Problem with check safeguard message
Been having an issue with this message for a while now, I think I know where the issue is coming from. The rear passengers door work fine, locks, unlocks and electric windows are fine. BUT when i open the door the interior light doesn't come on or the warning on the dash.
I have had issues in the past with the wiring and that has all been repaired.
Any ideas, could it be something else would connecting it to my local garage computer tell me?
Thanks

Interesting, I have the same issue too. Safeguard message and no interior lights. Have had a few people look at it for me with no answer to why ??

Its only the rear passenger door that the interior light doesn't work.

Getting any fault codes read out beats guessing what the problem might be.
Put a shout out in your local area on here to see if anyone has Tech2 or OpCom that can read the codes out for you.

Exact same issue here. even slapped a new door on it and still the same. If you ever figure this out please let us know what you did.
