You could say that lol
some wally ripped the bumper off whilst reversing off of a kerb , it damaged the headlight and moisture got in and now the ballast is faulty !
i have dried the headlight out and resealed etc but do not want to buy a ballast until insurance decide what they are doing , you can guarantee i buy a ballast and they will go ahead with repairs .
