Insignia Xenon light upgrade

Hi all just got myself a 16 plate Insignia but the head lights are really poor. Has anyone done a HID coversion on one? And any product recommendations?

just bought these but not fitted until tomorrow, when I can be bothered to move washer filler thats in the way on the Insignia

well, been out a couple of times and must say these are an improvement on the oem bulbs. bit of a fiddle getting them in especially the left one by the fuse box and washer bottle. there is a round cover onthe back of the light housing, these will fit with the cover on, the bulbs come with fans on but still think the covers should be off to keep cool. remember, to try them before fitting as diodes are electrically directional and the little clips are on both sides , I managed to fit both the wrong way round and had to fiddle reconnecting.

I used these on my vectra sri alot better than the originals and no faults at all
