Wouldn’t mind another Nova , mine was an F Reg red SR....
Same interior, I loved the sports seats, six dial dash, revvy engine, the way the arches flared over the wheels.
Apparently 87 SR's and 20 SRi's still around as of last year
Worth a shed load of money now the nova sport, nice estate too mate really lie that and vx line kit makes a big difference

I had two, neither have survived. My brothers was written off back in 1988. When you are young you don't always appreciate you might have a future classic. You just drive them like they were intended! I used to follow the RAC Rally, the Manx National and various club rallies as well as Rallycross. I have had some faster cars but none as much fun. My only two speeding tickets in 35 years driving (both over the national speed limit mind, not restricted zones) were collected in my Nova Sport.
