    Default Hids/led bulbs for preface

Iím changing all the bulbs on my insignia to led

I know the front headlights arenít projector. I never understand why they didnít fit projectors as standard like they did on the vectra facelift or pre.

Could I run led bulbs with out blinding other drivers or would I need h7r hids

What are people running on there prefaclifts

If you havent got projector h/lamps then you could try some brighter bulbs ie osram nightbreakers which made a difference on my Astra (without projector h/lamps)

If you fit ultra bright bulbs in standard reflector headlamps you will blind every oncoming car and they will think you a ****

if the bulb is made for a reflector housing it won't cause blinding unless the headlight isn't set properly and pointing up thus blinding people, yes they might notice your headlight output is bright but hey that doesn't mean they are blinding...

    1. Cost saving.
    2. The light output through projectors with standard bulbs was crap.
