Wheel arch spats/covers
Need some opinions be nice 😂
ive got a metro blue vectra and had the arches painted less than 2 years ago and there bubbling up again short of cutting them out and replacing painting probably more than the cars worth I’ve seen wheel arch spats covers. Ive seen chrome and my car still has all its chrome on and silver wheels or do I go for maybe black or carbon fibre or will it just look sh*te and tacky?

They can look good (go for Black not Chrome - Vectras have enough chrome already ).
But, they are just covering a problem, and they catch even more water and dirty, which just makes the rust grow even faster.

I was told they Rot from inside the arch I only had them painted about a year and a half ago short of cutting the arches out I’m not sure what else I can do. There just starting to bubble up again

I had a 54 estate. When mine started to rust the bodyshop told me the arches were sound and the rust creeps from the wheel arch lip and under the paint rather than coming through the metal. They said they could spray them but advised given time it would just do it again! Sounds similar to whet you have been told.
I chose to let it age gracefully.
