Desperate help needed signum 2.2 dti problems
Hi guys urgent help required
I've recently brought a 40k 2.2 signum dti , ran fine for a week then went in limp mode ( spanner light on ) so I took egr off as I read here it might be that , gave it a good clean wasnt that bed to be honest , then spanner light off but eml light on . So its had a new egr on and still coming up egr fault on garage diagnostics . When I did clean the egr it was raining cats and dogs so when I replaced the egr if water had got in would it be something I've done ?
They are saying that my next option would be a new or flashed ecu , any help guys would be amazing .

Could be the small vacuum hoses, the bigger intercooler hoses could be split or the boost sensor could be sooted up all will cause limp mode.
Vacuum hoses (red) circled in yellow you need to check if any have come off or where they join together have split. Boost sensor is circled in green you need to take it off and clean it (carefully) with some cleaner or i used to use wd40.
