Centre Info Display ALWAYS ON?

Hello.

Car: Vectra C 2003

Since yesterday I have a problem with Centre Info Display(clock, date etc).

It is not turning Off when i take the key out off ignition, it stay On even when I lock the car

Any idea what could cause this problem? Can be something wrong with ignition barrel?

Does the steering lock when the key is removed?

Has anyone been tinkering with the stereo menu settings and changed it so that it no longer turns off with the ignition key?

Yes stering wheel lock when i remove key. Im the only user of this car and I didnt play with settings Could be something wrong with ignition barel?

I would still check the settings on the radio for the option for it to turn off with ignition, it could have forgotten the setting

My Vectra dosent even have this option, to turn On/Off display/radio when key is not in ignition. It has always turn off when I removed key. I rly dont know why this is happening.

If the car is correct in your profile, it does have that option. What stereo model is fitted? If it's part of the CCR range, then see below.
