    Default Vauxhall service desk ???

Went in yesterday to book in the old black girl for service, mot and a/c regas as it hasn’t been done for three years.
As a/c is a bit low you can hear like a bubbly sound when she’s running every now and then.
She has to ask someone who also works on the desk about it(this bloke I can not stand)he says it’s a coolant problem and needs pressure testing, I did mention that it only makes a noise when a/c is on so needs a regas.
He did explain that the a/c pipeline doesn’t go near the heater matrix so it won’t be that ???
I’m starting to wonder why I still go to V anymore,,,,,,
I’m going to try and get a/c done today not a V.

Sometimes Vauxhall employee some c0ck wombles on their service desk. My local dealer previously had a useless girl on their service desk. If she answered when I phoned up to book a service or any repair work, I'd hang up and ring back later in the hope someone else would answer. They've got one bloke who's great and knows his stuff. He used to be one of their mechanics (sorry technicians as they prefer being called nowadays).

Rumour I heard was that mechanic is a protected term in some jurisdictions requiring full trade papers after apprenticeship, whereas vehicle technician is a generic term and the requirements are much looser....yet my mum is still deadset they have "loads of experience" and know stuff that I'll never know despite most of them in my local vaux dealer being under 20 and working off of TIS.......yeah the 1930s never left in her house....
