No good ..... my missus writes things on there for me and I forget to look at the calendar lol.... I’m only 42 but my memory has become shockingly bad to the point I’m thinking about getting it checked out but it’s probably connected to depression type illness so for now it’s just a running joke at work lmao .... hopefully there will be more interest on here to then go as a club .

Will be at Donnington for the Touring cars with my little one that day, shame, would be a good day out
The young one wants to go see more racing this year and I've not been there for a few years, so will hopefully be a good day out, if the rain stays away!

My memory also goes to pot when I have episodes of depression. I find that vitamin D capsules help, especially the strong ones (1000IU or more). Dunno if it will work for you but worth trying if you've never tried them before.

I have taken vitamin tablets for years now Paul so apparently I already get my recommend daily amount but will definitely try what you’ve suggested as it won’t do any harm , hope your keeping well .
