Only way you'll accurately calculate it is to brim the tank, do 200 miles or so, then brim it again.
By only putting in a few litres and driving, it's only a guestimate of what mpg you're getting.

Just filled mine up, 52 litres and had done 270 miles 23.6 mpg

Oops i was typing to fast didn't check, my bad... I figured that you didn't drive it that often as i burn about 80 pounds of fuel a month in my 2 slow dti mostly city driving...

It was mot'd on 2nd of February and it's done 73 miles since lol
I know it's no good for a diesel but nowt I can do but give it a good run now and again.
