Fog light bulb
Hi all
im looking for some nice bright white dog light bulbs.
I don’t want to pay to much for them as I use my dogs as drls so the bulbs tend not to last very long
any recommendations?

Or is it special ones that you need while parked in carparks with lots of strangers???

Probably, plus 100w bulbs would not be legal for road use.

Yes....nearly double the output, so it's going to be a lot warmer.
Hence why the recommended wattage by the manufacturer is 55w.

I thought you wanted to use your dog lights as DRL's, not flood lights
Personally, I hate DRL's in the position where fog lights are. On some cars it looks like some chav coming toward you with their fog lights on when it's not actually foggy.
They should share the same location as the head lights do. Thankfully Vauxhall still put the factory fit DRL's in a sensible location.

I chose the fogs as that’s where a lot are fitted from the manufacture i could just use the side lights. My fogs are only on when the the headlights are off and as soon as the headlights are turned on the fogs go off. So not all on like the boy racers. @northpole I’m not wanting to spend the money on nighteyes as they won’t last 5 minutes on all the time. I used nightbreakers but £15 to £20 only lasted about 3 months turn out to be dear
