Default 2t high pressure fuel lines

The shorter of the two lines has split sprayng all over the engine..this also happened on my 08 2T..

Anyone got any pictures of where/how it fits so I can sort it before selling it on?...

Did you fix the issues with the fuel line from this post from last year? :

    https://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showt...51#post2505151

Is the latest leak from the other fuel line (return)?

I'm surprised these seem to be a weak point in an otherwise reliable engine - especially as they should be under very little stress unless an engine mount has failed.

Whereabouts is your latest leak on the line?

Both pipes run down the side of the bulkhead and then run along the floorpan to/from the tank. I know there's a join in the inlet line under the car around the driver's door area - not sure about the return though

    No worries :-)

I'm just wondering if you've fitted the line on your 08 car (I'm guessing not or you'd know where it fits!)?

When I replaced my inlet fuel line, the part was a long small diameter pipe with numerous bends, and a crimped on Flexi section prior to the connection to the fuel rail. As far as I know, this is a single piece part. Does that description sound familiar?

From the Flexi section (near the airbox) the pipe routes down the side of the bulkhead, around the subframe and along the floorpan to a union approximately in line with the middle of the driver's door. The pipe is clipped to the bulkhead in 4 or 5 places with varying degrees of inaccessibility! It's a pain to fit but not impossible.

The return pipe runs parallel to the inlet pipe.

Ahh - now I understand why you don't know how it routes

    Nice result with the warranty!

I'm not sure how much use these pictures from EPC will be, but here they are anyway. It's item 13; the second picture is a zoomed in version of the first.
