Where are you getting the GT20/56 is it a new unit and does the £800 include a custom Manifold?

Unit is around £400 GTB2056 reconditioned.. then manifold £150. Then theres oil lines, silicone hoses etc. Roughly around £800. Probably less

Sounds good obviously you will need a remap to make use of the turbo.

Are you going custom on the manifold or the Alfa Route or Insignia?

Yeah I've got a good tuner. Specialises in the 1.9 CDTi.

It's going to be the Alfa Manifold as a custom tubular manifold will be in the region of around £650/700, I cant justify that when I only paid £750 for it. I'm also looking into trying to fit a CP3 pump.

Cool the pump should be good for plenty of pressure but a GT20/56 won t get you huge numbers if that is what you are looking for but I hear it is more usuable/driveable.

Is that the turbo from the Alfa 2.4 ?

I've managed to source a GTB2060 with DP and water lines for £700

    Hi,
Does this 0 281 002 755 sensor really fit to Z19DTH engines? I think that the connector is a little bit different

    https://www.finjector.com/documents/...0281002755.pdf

    0281002937 is original sensor
