Big brakes on my GSI?

I just found out that my 3.2 GSi does not have the bigger brakes i think the bigger ones are 314mm, but i have the smaller SRi ones, is it because mine was one of the first GSi's? mine is 2002 reg, what parts would i need to upgrade?

If you've got the early GSi then (I think) you'll have 302mm discs, which are stil bigger than the SRi 285mm ones. If you want to upgrade to the 314mm setup, you'll need calipers, discs and pads.

LMF do an upgrade kit here for £319, and they'll do a discount as well. Bl00dy good deal, as the calipers alone are £200+ EACH from a dealer....

And boy, do they make a difference!

I bought front pads and they were exact the same as the SRi 2.2 Pads mate

yep, the LMF kit will see you to 314's with all you need..
