Fidnt jnow anything about about a filter in the tank, how is this accessible and is it something ECP is likely to sell or just the dealer?
It's coarse or a set of holes in the plastic part that is in the tank

OK, I have finally managed to get around to attempting to sort out this problem and have started initially by changing the leak-off pipes.

To make the job easier for access and because of the state of the intake manifold I decided to remove the whole lot for cleaning.

Here are a few images showing my injectors and one is very wet around the outside, not sure whether this is indicative of anything or not?

Thought that maybe I could remove the injector to check the seal but have found that it's a major job with camshaft removal necessary, don't really have time for all that.
Is there a way to remove these injectors without camshaft removal?

I see there is an 'o' ring on the injector shaft as well as the one under the camshaft. Has anyone got a link to the part number for these 'o' rings please.

Also on the lower intake manifold, it is held in place with copper nuts, similar to the ones on exhaust manifolds and I cant seem to find these for sale anywhere as listings just show the upper intake manifold bolts or exhaust manifold nuts.

Lastly, can the upper & lower intake manifold metal gaskets be reused or do they need to be renewed?

In your first picture with the leak pipe removed, where it is wet on the cam cover, is that where you were checking fuel flow or was it like that when you went to investigate?

It was wet like that before I did anything.

I’ve put the car all back together now with new Leak-Off pipes and T pieces but couldn’t get it to start today, no fuel at all to the injectors.

I have a manual priming pump arriving tomorrow so will try again to start the car after priming the system.

I would say that was from either the diesel feed pipe or leak pipe leaking and spraying out
There is a chance it could even be early stages of the high pressure pump going. They are run off the chain
