Sadly, the time has come to say good bye to my 08 Vec 120 cdti.

It lasted me 100k miles, but after the power steering pump developing a leak, the alternator being on its last legs, the air conditioning packing up again after recently replacing the all-but-disintegrated dual mass flywheel, I needed something that would be less likely to completely die on me.

So I've replaced it a SRI Insignia.

Thanks for all the help and pointers on the forum here - the how-to's have been invaluable.

I've a drop-link for the front steering / suspension going spare, if anyone wants one gratis?

As said above u don't have to be a stranger,my Vectra got written off nearly 3 years ago in a head on crash (not our fault) and i still come on here for the chat/banter etc..the Kia forum is no where near as good... enjoy the insignia

we have an Insignia now and I still come here as its still probably the best for info and banter, although not as good as it used to be due to people moving on etc.. basically its worth sticking around bud..
