    Default 06 Vectra 1.8 design

Hi there . I got a 06 Vectra design and having heater problem. All speeds work and direction where to blow air but only seems to be blowing cold.

Now I bought a thermal fuse like most of the threads say but my Vectra does not have this design of heater , even phoned Vauxhall and they checked car and confirmed this

It been like it since I got car but I have also replaced radiator due to leak and still same , all pipes are getting hot as well could there be a block in heater in dash or anything else . Any help would be great

If the radiator was leaking, someone might have used Rad Weld, this can block heater cores.

    I'd replace the thermostat.
Now as it's the vvt engine, don't waste your money on a pattern part.
    Buy an oem WAHLER part.
This is the only way to go when replacing these on the vvt.
