Reverse Sensor Chirp even when off!!
I've just fitted some sensors to the Signum and I've got a problem.
I've wired them Positive to the white and black Reverse light positive and negative to the brown ground wire, and when reverse is selected it operates fine. However, when I take it out of reverse the device still makes a noise every 3 seconds or so.
I've had a multi-meter attached and it shows a voltage of about 0.25 volts when out of reverse.
How can I stop this, or is it even possible?

I would suspect that it's the canbus "bulb check" system that's making this happen.
Use the reversing lamp power to trigger a 12v relay instead, and then power the sensors with a direct 12v supply switched by the relay.

Thanks for the response Woody.
I think you were right, however I managed to get it working where it was. In fact when I actually plugged the light back in the chirping stopped.
