2015 insignia headlights
now the Vectra is parked on the drive, after spending out getting the headlights polished, the car has been replaced with a 2015 Insignia. great car far too much electrics , sat nav, parking, handbrake etc BUT High Beam is not much better than dip.
is there an alternative recomended upgrade? is there any canbus style problems as on the Vectra?

thanks for replies, the vectra had better high beam, the insignia hardly makes any difference, with the vectra there was canbus to worry about, I was worried about upsetting the systems, the vectra recently threw up reversing light error but was ok.

Upgrade them to a hid kit.
You need a 9012 kit.
The headlights have a shutter as it uses 1 bulb for both main and high beam.
Don't pay stupid money for a little like some have.
On the insignia forum some guys have well into 3 figures for a kit.
I paid £29 for mine but bought a set of cancellers for £7.
Perfect.....no errors and works Everytime
