Well the day started for us on form as once again we managed to park in the wrong car park. This time at Holywell services. There was a clue however as we were surrounded by a dozen Smart cars gathering to convey onto a Smart car meet.
So we quickly left behind talk of Tints, drying, conditioning and wax as well as other topics discussed by hairdressers and headed on down to the actual services to find Drinkys Elite already parked up. After a few minutes of drooling at the back end we hatched a plan and set off for the coast.
I was held up by some Jam Cars but Chris sportingly slowed down enough for me to get past the last of the Smarts so that we could head into town in tandem.
With Llandudno doing it's best to impersonate San Fransisco, Roads closed, a thousand cars all coming the other way and the steepest roads I've been on for a while progress was slow but we soon started to head skywards towards the Great Orme.
Once at the Summat Welshy (Mark) arrived so after some introductions and a quick appraisal of Marks Sri including guess the colour we headed inside for a brew and an all things Vectra Chat.
An hour or so later the rain came down so we headed outside to take some pics.
Welshy.
Chris and Lou
Sri, VXR, DTM Spoilers
Boy was it windy.
Welshys Sri...............and look who's started to arrive in the background.
Ten out of Ten for making it up the hill.
So not the biggest meet ever but plenty of Chat and it was great to see Chris, Lou and family again as well as meeting Mark for the first time.
Roll on the next one.
